Product application:
Sulfur dioxide (SO2) test chambers are designed for accelerated corrosion testing of metal protective coatings, components, electronic devices, and industrial products.
They can quickly and conveniently simulate the corrosion process on both coated and uncoated metal surfaces. These test chambers can conduct various corrosion tests in accordance with standards such as GB9789-88, "Metal and Other Organic Coatings—Corrosion Tests in a Sulfurous Atmosphere under Condensing Humid Conditions," as well as equivalent ISO standards like ISO6988-1985.
Chamber structure:
The sulfur dioxide test chamber is made by integral molding and high-temperature welding, which makes it corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and leak-proof.
A water seal structure is used between the chamber lid and the chamber body to prevent gas leakage. The lid is made of transparent material, allowing for clear observation of the test items inside the chamber.
It is equipped with a double gas filtration device to ensure that the air discharged outdoors does not pollute the environment. The circuit control board and other components are fixed in positions that facilitate inspection and maintenance, and the side cover door, which opens with a lock, is not only aesthetically pleasing but also convenient for maintenance.
Control system:
The sulfur dioxide test chamber is equipped with a high-precision PID temperature controller with an error margin of ±0.1℃, and optional instruments such as RKC, OMRON, or TEMI880 are available.
The temperature controller has an output printing function, where the printing interval and printing speed can be set independently (optional).
All electrical circuits are equipped with circuit breakers, and all heaters are fitted with electronic and mechanical overheat protection devices.
Multiple system protections ensure safe and reliable usage.
