The sand and dust test chamber is suitable for conducting dust-proof and dust-resistance tests on various automotive components, including headlights, dashboards, electrical dust covers, steering systems, door locks, and more.
Chamber structure:
Cabinet exterior material: High-quality steel plate with plastic spraying treatment.
Cabinet interior material: Imported SUS stainless steel polished plate.
The sand and dust test chamber is equipped with a transparent glass door for convenient observation of the test samples inside.
The bottom of the test chamber is fitted with high-quality, fixed PU casters.
The bottom of the test chamber has a device for replacing the dust.
Control system:
The sand and dust test chamber adopts an imported programmable controller to effectively ensure that the test runs according to the standard.
It is equipped with vacuum extraction devices and a power failure recording device that can record for up to ten years.
“Schneider” brand actuating components are used.
The dust-blowing fan operates with automatic alternating time cycles.
The vibration and non-vibration periods are automatically alternated.
There is a vacuum pressure indicator that can be adjusted.
The programmable controller has four output points that can simultaneously execute four different time programs.
Each output point of the programmable controller has two time period controls (i.e., start time and stop time).
The programmable controller can individually or collectively control the time for the dust-blowing fan, dust vibration, and the total test duration. The maximum test time is 99 hours and 59 minutes. The air speed inside the chamber is adjustable (automatically regulated through a frequency converter).
