Product application:
Intelligent salt spray test chambers utilize salt solutions or acidic salt solutions to accelerate corrosion of materials or products under specific temperatures and relative humidity conditions, simulating the degree of damage that materials or products undergo within a certain time frame.
These devices can be used to assess the ability of materials and their protective coatings to resist salt spray corrosion, compare the quality of similar protective coatings, and evaluate the salt spray corrosion resistance of certain products.
Chamber structure:
The intelligent salt spray chamber is constructed by integral molding and high-temperature welding, which makes it corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and leak-proof;
It features a tower-style spraying system equipped with a salt solution filtration system, crystal-free nozzles, ensuring uniform salt mist distribution, with adjustable deposition rates;
Between the lid and the chamber body of the salt spray test chamber, a water seal structure is used to prevent salt mist from escaping;
The circuit control board and other key components are fixed in positions that facilitate inspection and maintenance, and the side cover door, which opens with a lock, is not only aesthetically pleasing but also convenient for maintenance.
Control system:
The intelligent salt spray test chamber is equipped with an original Japanese "Easy Control" brand temperature and humidity instrument featuring a 7-inch high-definition true color LCD touch screen.
The controller's operation interface offers a choice between Chinese and English, and it can display real-time operation curves on the screen.
It has the capacity for 1000 programmable segments, with each segment capable of looping through up to 999 steps. The maximum time setting for each segment is 99 hours and 59 minutes, and it includes a function for linking 10 programs.
The controller panel comes standard with a 10M/100M Ethernet interface that can automatically obtain an IP address for remote control. It supports functions such as real-time monitoring, historical curve playback, program editing, FTP upload and download, historical fault viewing, and remote setpoint/program control.
Compliance with standards:
The intelligent salt spray chamber complies with and is applicable to the standards specifically issued in China for salt spray testing of electrical and electronic products: GB/T 2423.17-1993 and GB/T 2423.18-2000;
for salt spray testing of metal coatings: GB 6458, GB 6459, GB 6460; for salt spray testing of electroplated layers on light industrial products: GB 5938, GB 5939, GB 5940;
and primarily for salt spray testing of paint layers: GB 1771, as well as other international standards currently in use regarding salt spray corrosion.
