Chamber structure:
The chamber of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is processed by a CNC machine tool, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing, elegant, and novel design. It features a non-reaction handle for easy operation.
The inner chamber is made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate or fabricated using 304B TIG welding, while the outer chamber is made of A3 steel plate with spray plastic coating.
A microcomputer temperature and humidity controller is used, ensuring precise and reliable temperature and humidity control.
A large observation window with a lighting lamp keeps the inside of the box bright. The use of double-glazed glass allows for a clear view of the internal conditions at any time.
An independent temperature limit alarm system is installed. If the temperature exceeds the set limit, the system will automatically interrupt the operation to ensure the safe running of the experiment and prevent accidents.
A test hole with a diameter of 50 mm is provided on the left side of the box.
Control system:
The constant temperature and humidity chamber features Japanese imported digital display touch buttons and a PID microcomputer SSR temperature controller.
The external boiler steam humidifier has an energy-saving function, capable of reducing energy consumption by 70%.
The main electrical control components use the imported well-known brand “Schneider” to better control the temperature.
The insulation system is filled with superfine glass fiber in the insulation area, and the connections between the inner and outer chambers are made of non-metallic materials that are resistant to high and low temperatures, effectively reducing heat transfer.
It is equipped with an automatic calculation function that can immediately correct changes in temperature and humidity conditions, making the control of temperature and humidity more precise and stable.
Refrigeration system:
The refrigeration unit of the constant temperature and humidity chamber uses a fully enclosed compressor originally from France, specifically the “Tecumseh” brand.
The refrigeration system is designed with a single-stage or two-stage low-temperature loop system.
It features a drying filter from the United States by “Alco,” an oil separator from Taiwan by “Guan Ya,” and an electromagnetic valve from Italy by “Castel.”
A multi-blade fan provides powerful air circulation, eliminating any dead zones and ensuring uniform distribution of temperature and humidity within the test area.
The airflow design, including both supply and return air, meets the testing standards for air pressure and velocity, and allows for a quick recovery of temperature and humidity when the door is opened.
The heating, cooling, and humidifying systems are completely independent, which enhances efficiency, reduces testing costs, extends service life, and lowers the failure rate.
