Chamber structure:
The ultra-low temperature test chamber is manufactured with precision using CNC machine tools, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and generous design. It features non-reactive handles that make operation straightforward and user-friendly.
The interior of the chamber is lined with high-grade imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panels, while the exterior is constructed from A3 steel plates with a spray plastic coating, enhancing both the visual texture and cleanliness of the chamber.
Control system:
The ultra-low temperature test chamber uses a touch-button instrument for temperature control, which makes operation and setting simple and straightforward.
After entering the data and test conditions, the controller has a lock function that prevents accidental changes to the temperature settings due to human touch.
A printer can be optionally equipped for recording test data.
Refrigeration system:
Ultra-low temperature test chambers feature double-walled glass reactors with coiled tubes: The outer layer can be vacuum-insulated for thermal retention, and the reactor chamber is heated or cooled through heat exchangers with corrosion-resistant and temperature-resistant coils.
Double-walled glass reactors with insulation jackets: These have an insulation jacket for thermal retention, and the jacket's interlayer is circulated with heat transfer oil for heating or cooling to raise or lower the temperature.
This product with triple-walled glass reactors: The outer glass layer is highly vacuum-insulated during processing for thermal retention, and the interlayer is circulated with heat transfer oil for heating or cooling.
A multi-blade blower is used for strong air circulation to avoid any dead spots, ensuring uniform temperature distribution within the test area. The air circulation system is designed with both outlet and return air paths, ensuring that the air pressure and velocity meet the test standards and allowing for quick temperature stabilization after the door is opened.
