Chamber structure:
The mold test chamber cabinet is processed and shaped by a CNC machine tool, with an aesthetically pleasing and elegant design, and it features a non-reactive handle for easy operation.
The inner lining of the chamber is made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror-finished plate, while the outer shell is made of A3 steel plate with plastic spraying, enhancing the appearance and cleanliness.
The water supply tank is located at the lower right side of the control box, with an automatic water shortage protection feature, making it more convenient for the operator to replenish water.
A large observation window with a lighting lamp keeps the interior of the chamber bright, and the use of built-in tempered glass in the heating element allows for a clear view of the conditions inside at any time.
The humidification system's piping is separated from the control circuit board in the mold test chamber, which can prevent malfunctions caused by water leakage from the humidification pipes and enhance safety.
The water system and electrical circuit are designed with a door-type opening for easy maintenance and repair.
The chamber insulation uses superfine fiber glass wool to avoid unnecessary energy loss.
A 50 mm diameter test hole is provided on the left side of the chamber for connecting external test power cables or signal lines.
Control system:
The refrigeration machine uses a fully enclosed compressor originally from France, the “Tecumseh” brand.
The freezing system adopts a unitary dehumidification system design.
A multi-blade fan is used for powerful air circulation, avoiding any dead corners and ensuring uniform distribution of temperature and humidity within the test area.
The air circulation design for outlet and return air meets the test standards for air pressure and velocity, and can quickly stabilize the temperature and humidity after the door is opened.
The heating, cooling, and humidifying systems are completely independent, which can improve efficiency, reduce test costs, extend service life, and lower the failure rate.
