Chamber structure:
The low-temperature test chamber features a body that is machined and formed by a CNC machine tool, with an attractive and elegant appearance. It also uses a non-reactive handle, which makes operation very convenient.
The inner chamber is made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror-finished plate, while the outer shell is made of A3 steel plate with plastic spraying, enhancing the appearance and cleanliness.
A large observation window with a lighting lamp is attached to keep the inside of the box bright. Moreover, by using an internally embedded tempered glass in the heating element, the conditions inside the box can be clearly observed at any time.
A test hole with a diameter of 50 mm is provided on the left side of the box, which can be used for connecting external test power lines or signal lines.
Control system:
The temperature control of the low temperature test chamber uses a fully imported touch-button instrument, which is easy to operate and set up. Once the data and test conditions are entered, the controller has a locking function to prevent changes to the temperature settings due to accidental human contact.
It features a PID automatic calculation function, which can immediately correct temperature changes, making the temperature control more precise and stable. A printer can be optionally equipped.
Refrigeration system:
The refrigeration unit of the low-temperature test chamber employs a fully enclosed compressor from the original French brand "Tecumseh." The freezing system is designed with a single-stage or two-stage low-temperature loop system.
A multi-blade blower is used for strong air circulation, eliminating any dead zones and ensuring uniform temperature distribution within the test area.
The air circulation system is designed with both outlet and return air paths, ensuring that the air pressure and velocity meet the test standards and can quickly stabilize the temperature after the door is opened.
The heating, cooling, and systems are completely independent, which can improve efficiency, reduce test costs, extend service life, and lower the failure rate.
