Fast Temperature Recovery and Transition Times: The transition time between the low-temperature and high-temperature zones of the thermal shock test chamber is no more than 15 seconds, and the temperature recovery time is no more than 5 minutes.

Independent Control of High and Low Temperature Zones: Whether the equipment is a two-chamber or three-chamber design, the high-temperature and low-temperature zones are independently controlled, and the doors of each zone are also independent. Additionally, there are wire lead-in tubes on the top of the chamber, allowing customers to introduce sensor wires, detection cables, etc., into the chamber.

Safety Interlock Device: To prevent abnormal situations from occurring if the chamber door is opened during testing, a safety interlock device is installed. The chamber door, circulating fan, and basket drive are interlocked. If the chamber door is opened, the power to the circulating fan and basket drive will be automatically cut off, protecting operators from safety issues.

Enhanced Intelligence: The main functions of the equipment are controlled by programs. Users can operate the equipment independently according to the instructions and modify the values in this program segment. Staff can set relevant time parameters on the screen and switch between refrigeration, heating, and basket conveyance. After setting the parameters, the equipment will automatically conduct the test according to the set values. This more intelligent equipment can save a significant amount of manpower.

Dual-stage Air-cooled Refrigeration System: The test equipment uses a dual-stage air-cooled refrigeration system. The refrigeration system is composed of fully enclosed compressors from Taikang. This cycle consists of two isothermal and two adiabatic processes.
