Product application:
The vacuum drying oven is specifically designed for drying heat-sensitive, decomposable, and oxidizable materials. It can be charged with inert gas, which allows for rapid drying of even complex items with multiple components.
Chamber structure:
The vacuum drying oven is perfectly designed, with the chamber body processed and formed by CNC machining tools.

The inner lining of the test chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, while the outer shell is treated with plastic spraying on A3 steel plate, giving it a smooth and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

The electrical system is designed with a door-style opening on the side, facilitating easy maintenance and repair.

The tightness of the chamber door can be adjusted, and the overall molded silicone rubber door seal ensures a high vacuum inside the chamber. Storage, heating, testing, and drying processes are all conducted in an oxygen-free or inert gas-filled environment, preventing oxidation.
Control system:
The temperature controller of the vacuum drying oven features touch-sensitive buttons, a digital LED display, and a PID intelligent control instrument;

it uses a Pt100 platinum resistance temperature sensor.
Protection system:
The entire machine protection system consists of over-temperature protection and alarm devices, ensuring the integrity of the executive components and the test specimens.
