The constant temperature and humidity test chamber is widely used in many industries. To reduce the failure rate and accident rate during use, manufacturers often equip the device with safety protection devices during production. However, we still need to be cautious during specific operations. Keep the following operating procedures in mind to ensure the safety of both the equipment and personnel during use, as well as to guarantee the accuracy of test results.

Electrical safety is a primary concern for many devices, and the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is no exception. The device’s power supply must be grounded to prevent static electricity; the device should use the rated voltage to avoid malfunctions caused by unstable voltage; the power should not be turned on during wiring or installation; external power cords should be neatly placed next to the test hole, avoiding any entanglement.

During the operation of the test chamber, the door should not be opened casually, as the operator may be scalded or frostbitten; high-temperature gas rushing out may also cause a fire. Even if a fire does not occur, it may trigger a fire alarm, causing the machine to malfunction. Frequent opening and closing of the door can damage the compressor, and the evaporator may freeze, preventing normal cooling. Therefore, try to avoid opening the door during the test. If it is necessary to open it, the operator must take safety precautions.

There are also some precautions when placing test items. The items should not exceed 1/3 of the chamber’s volume to prevent blocking the air outlet. If there are many test items, they should be arranged evenly and neatly, avoiding overcrowding to ensure uniform testing.

The location where the device is placed should have minimal dust, good ventilation, and be free of flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, or highly radioactive materials to ensure the safety and lifespan of the device.

When moving the constant temperature and humidity test chamber, handle it gently and slowly. The tilt angle should not exceed 45 degrees, and it should be left for one or two days before use, otherwise, the cooling function may be affected.

During the operation of the machine, it is forbidden to touch electrical components or fans with hands to prevent electric shock or injury.

Operators of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber must undergo professional training and assessment; otherwise, they are not allowed to use the machine to prevent safety accidents.

In modern industrial practices, evaluating material corrosion resistance has become a critical quality control procedure. As the core testing equipment, salt spray chambers simulate various environmental parameters to deliver four distinctive testing modalities:
When consulting about constant temperature and humidity test chambers, many clients prioritize performance. A high-performance device ensures smooth operation—but what makes a test chamber truly stable?
From the outside, a high and low temperature test chamber may appear to be just a large box. However, its internal structure is not as simple as it seems.
For high and low temperature humidity test chambers, daily troubleshooting of abnormalities is essential.
The high-low temperature test chamber is a cornerstone of environmental-reliability verification. Its mission is to reproduce extreme temperature and humidity conditions in a controlled manner so that performance degradation and failure modes of the Device Under Test (DUT) can be assessed across its life cycle.
