Defrosting Function of High and Low Temperature Test Chamber


 
High and low temperature test chamber in testing process will generate frost on the viewing window, thus the test may be affected by the frost. Lenpure high and low temperature test chamber mainly defrost via refrigerant compressor. The water in the air condensed is evaporated into ice crystals which condensate on the pre-cooling area of the energy storage components.
 
Hear exchange inside the high and low temperature test chamber is mainly through air flow. The air inside the test chamber is isolated from the air outside. As the chamber is closed, then the moisture inside the box is quantitative, then from a theoretical point of view, it is impossible to increase some of the moisture out of thin air to form a cream body, then these additional moisture is from where the formation of it?
 
At the time of testing, the user opens test chamber’s door and the air in the box forms air exchange with the outside, and the moisture in the air enters the box. So when performing tests with high and low temperature test chamber, be careful not to open the door for the purpose of avoiding extra frost inside the test chamber as well as potential affection on the test result.
