Precise Control of Fog Dispersion
The Shanghai Lenpure salt spray test chamber has superior fog dispersion compared to conventional systems which cannot vary volume and distance independently. A variable speed peristaltic pump controls the amount of corrosive solution delivered to the spray atomizer, while the air pres sure regulator controls the distance of the "throw."

Test Panel Racks
Standard test panel racks are available to accommodate flat specimens. Racks can support up to 100Kg each, and are slotted at 6 or 15 degrees from vertical.
Hanging Rod Kit
A standard hanging rod kit is available for small, three-dimensional, and oddshaped specimens. Each of the 20 mm (3/4 in) diameter rods can support up to 45 kg (100 pounds), and can be easily installed. Simple hooks or wire-ties may be used to mount samples.
Mounting Grates
For extremely large or heavy three dimensional objects (such as metal wheel rims, engine parts, etc.), rack-level or diffusion-level specimen mounting grates may be used. The Shanghai Lenpure salt spray test chamber’s sturdy construction can support a well-distributed total load of up to 500 Kg, ensuring compatibility with even the heaviest of automotive and other components.

Warranty
The Shanghai Lenpure salt spray climate test chambers are guaranteed against defects in workmanship or materials for one year. Liability is limited to replacing or repairing any part or parts which are defective in materials or workmanship and are returned to our factory, shipping costs prepaid.
Liability in all events is limited to the purchase price paid. Damage due to accident or abuse is not covered. Labor and travel costs are not covered.
Shanghai Lenpure Corporation makes no other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as may be expressly provided by Shanghai Lenpure Corporation in writing.
Shanghai Lenpure Corporation shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or contingent damages arising out of the sale or use of any product.
This part of IEC 60512, when required by the detail specification, is used for testing electromechanical components within the scope of IEC technical committee 48. This test may also be used for similar devices when specified in a detail specification.
The object of this test is to define a standard test method to assess the extent and the effect of a controlled salt-laden atmosphere on the finish of a specimen.
Preparation of the specimen
Specimens shall be equipped with their normal accessories, mounted as specified in the detail specification.
When required by the detail specification, the specimen shall be mated and unmated as many times as specified prior to testing.
For each test carried out, the detail specification shall specify the condition of the component, for example mated or unmated.
Wiring of the specimen
Specimens shall be wired as specified in the detail specification.
Preconditioning
Preconditioning shall be of at least 1 h, unless otherwise specified in the detail specification.
Test Method
Conditioning
The test shall be carried out in accordance with IEC 60068-2-11, Test Ka: Salt Mist.
The duration of the exposure shall be specified in the detail specification.
Final Measurement
Upon completion of the test and after the specimen has been washed with distilled water and dried as specified, it shall be visually examined in accordance with IEC 60512-1-1, Test 1 a: Visual examination, with particular attention to the following details:
-Cracking;
-Delamination;
-Pitting of exposed metal surfaces.
Details to be specified
When this test is required by the detail specification, the following details shall be specified:
a) method of mounting and wiring the specimen;
b) duration of the exposure;
c) requirements;
d) any deviation from the standard test method.
