Climate chambers FLTM BI 103-01 salt spray test

Lenpure salt spray test chamber applying for FLTM BI 103-01 is the salt sprat test.
FLTM BI 103-01 test standard condition is very similar to ASTM B-117.
This test method is used for testing the salt-fog resistance of the paint spraying plate and the parts thereof.
The atmospheric environment of the test is 21-25 ℃。
The relative humidity is 45%~55%.
The test time is not less than 24 hours.
Test procedure are as follows:
Draw two diagonal lines on the test panel.
The tilt angle of the style is the same as that of the standard STM B 117.
l Rinse the panel with water, absorb moisture, check within 15 minutes.
l Stick the tape on each line in a parallel direction and press it with a solid finger to make sure it is in contact with the surface of the panel.
This step will be performed within 30 minutes of completing step 3.
l In a minute to two minutes, quickly pull back the tape.
Results the corrosion of the sample was evaluated and tested.
Cyclic salt spray test is used to identify the performance of electron components and facilities work or store under damp heat,salt corrosion condition.
Cyclic salt spray test chamber also applied to corrosion test,examine non-metal materials affection from salt fog.
Salt corrosion to metal materials is electronic chemical,while to non-metal materials is caused by chemical reaction.The rate of corrosion is mostly decided by the salt solution ,temperature inside and environmental humidity temperature while testing.
In the duration,spray time should be efficient to humidify the test specimens,In the cycle, salt fog will re-spray after damp heat period.
It simulate the natural salt fog environmental in the maximum extend.
This chamber is for accelerating test,but it is not practical to make the same accelerate system to various test specimens.
