For example, if an LED lighting product is placed, the product itself has a glowing heat and becomes a heat load, which has a great influence on the temperature uniformity.
 
1. The planning doubts make it difficult for the constant temperature and humidity test chamber to reach a uniform symmetrical structure in the internal structure and space planning, and the asymmetrical structure will inevitably cause an error in the internal temperature uniformity.
 
This level is mainly reflected in the sheet metal planning and sheet metal processing, for example, the planning of the wind tunnel, the placement of the heating pipe, and the power of the fan. This type will affect the temperature uniformity inside the box.
 
2. Because the heat transfer coefficient of the front and rear sides of the box wall of the working room is different, some of the threading holes, detection holes, test holes, etc. so that the temperature of the chamber is not uniform, and the constant temperature and humidity chamber wall radiation convection heat transfer is not uniform, affecting the temperature uniformity.
 
3. Because the inner wall structure of the temperature and humidity test equipment is different, the temperature of the inner wall of the experimental box will be uneven, which will affect the thermal convection in the working chamber, and the internal temperature uniformity will be inaccurate.
 
4. The sealing of the cabinet and the door of the temperature and humidity test equipment is not strict. For example, the seal strip is not customized with joints, the door leaks, etc., and then affects the temperature uniformity of the work space.
 
5. If the experimental target volume is too large, or the orientation or method of the experimental target placed in the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is not suitable, and the inner air convection is blocked, a large temperature uniformity error will occur.
 
For example, placing the experimental product next to the air duct seriously affects the circulation of the wind. Of course, the uniformity of temperature will be greatly affected.
