Linear and nonlinear interpretation of high and low temperature test chamber

High and low temperature test chamber is used to test various performance indexes of the test sample under high and low temperature conditions. The tests vary according to the experimental standards and the requirements of some performance indicators.

There are two ways to increase and decrease the temperature of high and low temperature test chamber:one is the average temperature rise and fall rate, also known as the linear temperature rise and fall rate, and the other is the nonlinear temperature rise and fall rate.

Nonlinear temperature rise and fall rate refers to the ratio of the difference between the highest temperature and the lowest temperature in variable temperature range of the high and low temperature test chamber.

The technical parameters of variable temperature rate provided by the manufacturers of environmental test equipment at home and abroad all refer to The average rate of the whole process.

Linear temperature rise and fall rate refers to a variable temperature rate that can be guaranteed in any period of time.

In fact, for the rapid temperature change high and low temperature test chamber, the most difficult and critical part of ensuring the temperature rise and fall of the line is the temperature rise and fall rate that the test box can reach in the last time period of the temperature rise and fall section.
