What is a cooling chamber?

Why do we need a large test chamber cooling water? The water which is used to cool the condenser refrigeration system (in which, from the gas refrigerant becomes liquid). Our relatively small standard room through the air by the heat discharged directly into the room for this condenser (like refrigerators). However, due to the use of larger compressors our high performance system will generate too much heat and noise, water is preferred. Cooling water can be from any source, but will need the following basic requirements:

1. Water should be clean.
2. Water temperature should be (41 Zhi 85 ° F) between 5 and 30 ℃.
3. Pressure increase between the inlet and outlet should be 200 kPa (30 lbs).
4. Flow rate specified for the equipment must be available at all times. Because it may be too expensive for the amount of water drawn from the municipal water system required, some customers choose an external cooling system re-circulating water. When more than one system is involved, because a cooler can handle more than one system, which is particularly advantageous.

There are two types of cooler:

Evaporative cooler wherein water evaporation to cool the recirculated water spray. This approach will still consume water, it can not be cooled to a lower temperature.
Refrigeration chiller, refrigeration systems that use water to cool. Then, the system uses the heat to the outdoor air-cooled condenser discharged.

Any system may be used in admixture with water-glycol (antifreeze), to extend the temperature range of the cooling circuit, mainly to avoid freezing. Antifreeze makes use less cooling efficiency, which means a higher total flow rate. All love SPCC cooling system includes a water valve, allowing only for the need to maintain the outlet water and more water temperatureof 35 ° C (95 ° F). The GPM (gallons per minute) value love SPCC specified maximum flow. More on Wikipedia: chillers, cooling towers.
